Luv the service in you store, people are great!. However, why can’t Jeremiah’s corporate (or your store) open up the on-line App ordering portal even when your store is closed? For example, I tried to place an order at 10am (knew you were closed) for pick up at noon (when you open) Could not do it. Never did place the order once you shut me down because I forget to do it and at that point, lost interest in going to your store.
One of my family’s favorite ice cream place! Deb and Roxy were amazing.
From the start of ordering and the cashier offering to make a rainbow ice cream for my son who kept on insisting on rainbow colors. To the staff continuing to check in on us as my children ate their ice cream. Overall was a pleasant experience not to mention the tasty sweet treat.
