Went in around 9:00 PM. Staff were already putting things away and cleaning, and service was subpar. I was asked if I wanted lids and said no, but lids were still put on, which resulted in a smaller portion. The bigger issue was that the store looked closed despite posted hours saying 10:00 PM (including online and on the door for Fridays and Saturdays).
