We have been regular visitors; however, due to the offensive sewage smell encountered during our last few visits, we have left without making any purchases. It is essential for store management and/or the owner to address this issue, regardless of whether it is the fault of the leasing building or not. This situation is unsanitary, especially in an establishment that serves food.
I recently visited Jeremiah’s for some ice cream with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Luca, the staff member serving us, was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no “hello” or “welcome,” just a cold “what do you want?” That set the tone for the whole visit. This is truly one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been to. I have a Jeremiah’s back at home and it’s nothing like this. I have also heard that Sean is very very disrespectful. TRULY a terrible business. Hoping a new owner takes over soon.
Shawn Shbib both of your locations are horrible. At the Largo location we ordered the sugar free but got some different flavor, then we asked for the correct thing and then got some other flavor 2 in a row at same time. Instead of the Sugar free sour apple we got some green goop then we said we wanted a watermelon and then got cherry....wow what a waste of time ...
