Definitely not impressed. My daughter and I were the only ones when we walked in, the floor in front of the counter was so sticky it stretched my flip flop straps when pulling them off the floor. We ordered and the girl was texting as she was making our orders. She made mine incorrectly and gave me an annoyed look when I told her it was wrong. Really like the Italian ice however the service at every since Jeremiah's I've been has been terrible.
0 star is seriously needed Very poor establishment customer service was amazing while the establishment had ants and roaches and very dirty do not recommend going needs new manager asap
Closes earlier than supposed to even with an open sign on and people inside. I came within hours of operation and the doors were locked and I was not allowed in. Disappointed because I was looking forward to Jeremiah’s to end a good birthday night.
