Prior years we were buying gallon Italian ice for $11 and change. I REFUSE to pay $9 for half that amount simply because you guys chose to discontinue that size as a company. Jeremiah‘s lost my business after many years
After dinner me and my kids were looking forward to some ice cream to end the night. I typically have had good experiences at this location in the past, but after this incident I will not be returning. I was rudely greeted by one of the girls, who rather than smiling was making very rude faces and even rolled her eyes when I ordered. Place seemed to be a mess, floors were sticky, and service was horrible! Do better Jeremiah’s!!
The worst customer cervies experience I’ve ever had. The other day one of the girls taking my family’s order was extremely rude and I know I’m a bigger fella but asking me if I really need the large size was a little too much. At the end of a hard day all I wanted was some ice cream. On top of dismissive staff with a terrible attitude, the floor was sticky and as I walked inside my sandal stuck to it and I also saw a cockroach crawling next to the spoons!!! I want to start by saying that yesterday my family and I went to this location and their customer service was outstanding. Maggie and Cayden were both very inviting. The environment was extremely clean with a clean restroom as always. So, I want to personally thank the both of you for the excellent customer service that the both of you provided with my sincerest gratitude. 5 stars if I could rate it higher I would.
