This place was great at first but then the cleanliness went way down. The outside is covered in black spilled ice cream (needs pressure washing) bathrooms never have soap. The same spilled ice cream on the bathroom floor has been there for months. They don’t mop enough or take care of basic cleanliness. The windows are always a mess with sticky handprints. Needless to say this place is a germ fest. Past few times the ice cream made me and my family very sick. I swear the ice cream had gone bad as it tasted sour.

This is a great place! Bright and welcoming. Very clean! The servers are friendly and helpful. Ella has taken great care of me several times when I have been in. I love their creations but my favorite is Cookie Butter with vanilla ice cream and Cookie Butter Crumbles! It’s excellent!
Got a BOGO coupon from the mail and decided to try. I used the BOGO to get two large cups. While we're there, I also bought a Small Ice cup to show our support. When we got home, I found out that they only gave us a measly $3 discount (not a BOGO). I actually paid for the three items full price (~$16 + 4.00+ tip) thinking that one of the large cups was free because of the BOGO. Wow. What a way to leave an impression to a first-time customer.
