The Italian ice here is great! Caiden gave us a great experience. He’s an awesome guy, great employee, and great with recommendations. If I could give 10 stars to this guy I would. I would definitely come back to this location

I had an excellent experience here! This young lady Chloe helped me and she had the most wonderful customer service. My ice cream was made perfectly and I will be coming back here! Highly recommend this place!
I wish I could give them a negative stars review. Rude young worker. Ignoring customers and closed the window in my face as I stood there waiting for service. I will never go back there again. It’s a shame because the service at their location in central Florida was great. Coral Springs awful. I guess I’ll have to go to Cecilie's Gourmet Italian Ices instead. Better quality anyway. Check it out it just alittle further west on wiles road
