Wow, love this place! First time there, had their Peppermint Bark and it was fantastic! Perfect ratio chocolate to vanilla to peppermint. Apparently this flavor combo is seasonal so you'll need to get there soon. The lady/girl that waited on us was friendly, courteous, just plain super nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
I agree with others, service isn't great though the ice cream is good. We have been a few times but tonight was the worst. Had to ask for my husband's ice cream because they forgot it. My daughter ordered cookies and cream and we think she got snickdoodle. When we went to ask for what we ordered I stood by the register and said hello while at least 3 employees were in the back. Disappointed my kid so probably will skip this place next time.
I was really disappointed with my visit to Jeremiah’s Water Ice on October 31st. They were advertising a BOGO promotion for guests in costume after 5 PM, so my three kids and I dressed up and drove over 20 minutes to take part. Unfortunately, when we checked out, only one of our items received the BOGO discount, even though all of us were in costume.
