So confused I placed an order online and come to pick it up and they are close ?? It's tuseday at 2pm it says to call to cancel my order but Noone is at the store helppp???
My apologies for not submitting a review sooner because yall truly deserve recognition! When I say that I thoroughly enjoyed my Italian ice treat I mean it! The consistency of the ice is off the charts. My son and I stopped by on a warm day after running errands and we had to just park in a random parking lot because it was so good. Why didn't anyone tell me about this spot sooner! And the prices are very reasonable.
Today 11/22/24 at 5:30, the service is trash. The guy and the chick said literally nothing when I walked to the counter and just stood there and stared as I gave the name for my pick up order. The chick just turned around and walked off to tbe back, while the guy silently made my "mobile order" that should have already been made anyways. The staff was incredibly nice and patient with me. I have never been here before so I didn't understand the ordering process. They explained the ordering process in a way I could understand. Their cake batter ice was very good with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. I'll definitely be coming back here again to try more flavors next time I'm in Katy.
It was awesome. So many choices.
