Ok so the concept is great and the soft ice cream is a replica of Mister Softy but in a way better scale .. just wanted more icy flavors pls .. guava maybe? All in all really good
The Italian ice and ice cream was very good, but I had some free coupons for a small item. I was charged for toppings and tax. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that free items are not actually free. The employees looked at me like I had three heads when I questioned why I was charged anything and why I wasn’t told before I ordered that there would be extra charges for certain things. I kind of feel baited with the false coupon I got from an event to try the establishment. Not sure if I will be back.

We went there with Winnie and Romeo, our two Blue and Gold macaws, and were going to sit outside as soon as we ordered and got our ice cream. As soon as we walked in, while the door was still open, I told the ladies behind the counter that we would be taking ourselves and the birds outside to eat.
