The ice was good, however, I experience horrible customer service, I came around 7:30pm. As one of the girls was taking my order, the girl taking my order had curly hair and was extremely rude and rolling her eyes. Also while the other girls were making my order, she was busy on her phone giggling. I tried not to believe what I heard from my friends son that used to work there, some of those girls are extremely sexist towards guys, and believe they shouldn’t be working with them. This place hit the spot for a hot Texas summer. I loved how the ice cream had a similar texture to marshmallow fluff at the top. They also played really fun music!

I was excited to try this place, but my first visit was ruined. The Italian ice was really good, but the experience was disappointing. One worker slammed an ice cream into the trash looking upset after a customer changed their order. It was uncomfortable since we can clearly see behind the counter. Then a group took all the chairs and put them in a circle in the middle of the shop, blocking the exit. We had to wait for people in line to finish ordering just to get out. first time experience, was greeted by friendly staff and given suggestions on what's popular and tasty. price is fair, sizing is good, treats are delicious and filling, definitely go with a smaller size vs a larger size.
