The ice cream is delicious All the ice cream is delicious especially the soft serve It reminds me of the ice cream I used to eat growing up in New York and going to Carvel. The Strawberry Shortcake was incredible for me, and my dog loves the pup cup! He gives this place five stars too and runs to the door whining with excitement whenever he hears the word "Jeremiah." The Strawberry Shortcake is sweet, creamy, and bursting with flavor. It's definitely my new favorite treat here. I haven't been inside yet since I always go through the drive-thru, but the service has always been fast and friendly.
I ordered from uber eats and it charged me $16 after all the delivery fees this place is so good so I was like okayyyyy once won’t hurt my bank acc right 🥹. I called and asked if they can include just something extra of their choice and the girl on the phone was so kind and understanding. She obviously was not obligated to do anything but when i got my order I got two extra items. Thank you so much Im definitely not going to keep expecting this but this one time definitely made my whole week 😭🫶🏼
The ice was good, however, I experience horrible customer service, I came around 7:30pm. As one of the girls was taking my order, the girl taking my order had curly hair and was extremely rude and rolling her eyes. Also while the other girls were making my order, she was busy on her phone giggling. I tried not to believe what I heard from my friends son that used to work there, some of those girls are extremely sexist towards guys, and believe they shouldn’t be working with them.
