This place used to be outstanding. But over the last few visits, they are extremely shortstaffed and people were leaving before even getting to place their order. Sadly, I won’t return because they are too short staffed.
The ice cream was great but they need to lend some organization to how they distribute their product. It was extremely busy and the poor workers had to walk around asking who had what. Big turn off for me. Give some numbers to the customers and call out the numbers over a speaker. It was too loud in there to mumble someone's order. Also, try to bring the orders out all together instead of one at a time. No fun when your daughter is finished before anyone else gets ice cream.
Very tasty. First time trying Italian Ice. If you've never had it you should try it and this is the place to try it.
First time visit. Lots of choices on the menu. I chose the strawberry shortcake after a couple samples. It was very refreshing. Not overly sweet. Just right. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
