This is a place that me and my husband drive by all the time and tell ourselves we'll go one day. We went today and it was great, but it seems the product is designed to be eaten as soon as possible. We had to fast and furious home while I held melting overfilled Gelato cups in my hand and rush up stairs with a baby in tow. Not a deal breaker just unexpected. Rude service, and attempted to short me on my change. Almost 10 bucks worth. No wonder they were empty and DQ was booming. Won’t be returning
Selena and Bianca were working at this niceville location today and they made everything perfectly and were so incredibly kind. They made our experience perfect with their hospitality and wonderful personalities. 10/10 visit and will definitely come back when we are near here!
