What a change to awful. Tonight June 14, my wife and I ordered our usual Gelati with Ice Cream and Chocolate Chips. It was awful. All ice, a sprinkle of Choc chips on top, non in the bottom of the cup. The only creamy swirl was on the top, the rest ICE. When we complained, they apologized with no desire to make it right. We are done here. To bad, we have been coming here since they opened.
Everytime i visit this store i had great experience with employees, you guys are so sweet and you fill my mouth with samples and store employess has good reccomendations i feel this is one my go to ice cream stores. Rainy day + Jeremiahs italian ice is❤️
I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. One of the employees refused to allow me to eat my ice cream inside the store, even though there was available seating. The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and friendly, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.
I’ve visited several Jeremiah’s Italian Ice locations, and this store was easily the worst experience I’ve had. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested. My order was also prepared very differently compared to other Jeremiah’s stores, and the quality and presentation were not up to the usual standard. I hope management works on improving both the service and consistency at this location.
