Service today (08/21 at 2:00 PM) was very poor. I ordered a soft serve (mixed) swirl cone, got all vanilla instead, and when I asked for the correct order, the employee just dumped the ice cream on top of the cone (which had all the vanilla in it) instead of remaking it properly. To make it worse, she insisted I hadn’t said swirl. Bad service Plus closed early . Got there Sunday evening after our dinner at 8.37 pm and they were closed. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS..
The service at the ice cream shop was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated. I ordered a strawberry and piña colada Italian ice, but unfortunately, the flavor was very disappointing. It felt like I was just eating colored ice with no real taste. Hopefully, they improve on that, because the customer service and atmosphere have great potential.
