If you like the idea of an icee combined with icecream, you’ll love this. If you’re looking for gelato, this is not a gelato place.

i used to love this place until i found out my favorite server wasn’t there anymore. she was the only one who gave me great customer service. everyone else is rude compared to her. it also tasted good until i found hair in my stuff aswell. i would never return to this establishment in killeen. i would give zero stars if i could.

Great flavors, variety, and sizes. Just like the Italian Ices in N.Y. Open, clean, Indoor and outdoor seating.

Pulled up to the window. The young lady was sitting there with it open and staring me down like I just killed her dog. I proceed to say “hello”. She says nothing and continues staring at me. I look at her for about 4-6 seconds, roll up my window, and leave. Arguably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive through. The young lady either needs to be fired or trained better. We visited this establishment for the first time since moving to Fort Hood, bringing our daughters. Unfortunately, the experience was quite negative. The three girls at the front counter were particularly rude. While we were looking at the menu, they seemed annoyed when we were ready to order. They stared at me in a very rude manner, and I had to repeat myself to get their attention.
