Thank god it is a 3 mile bike ride here or I would weigh 1,000 pounds. And the staff was so helpful as I could not decide since everything was so good. Got a strawberry shortcake and it was the best thing I’ve ever had and I cannot wait to be back.
Since the new ownership, the very first thing we experience when entering this shop is the intrusive odor of a very strong commercial cleaner which is a complete turn off when “mixing this” with ice cream!! How could anyone eat their treat inside?! We went to our vehicle & turned on the A/C as we could even smell it at the side tables outside!! I am at Jeremiah‘s and has never had a problem with anything there. When I get there, I noticed there are extra staff there and it’s so crowded and then I put in my order and they get the whole order wrong. I ask about it and they say this is what you got. I can’t give you a new ice cream or a refund. So I throw away the ice cream and I walk out and leave. People just don’t pay attention nowadays working at a place like this.
