The treat was really good. Half the people working there seemed happy to be there, while the other half - not do happy. But I do recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat!
This place sucks especially night shift. I had such a bad experience on April 18th. We were waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. The staff looked at us, the young man and the girl with the braids walked passed. Did not tend to us at all! This is unacceptable. Is this how you treat paying customers? Will not be returning.
Just called to Simply Ask if they had a Certain Flavor… an Employee answered the phone, Little Boi , You Need to Learn some Phone Etiquette! You are RUDE!
The product is good but the service sucks. I sat at the window for 15 minutes and no one came to the window so I ended up leaving. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this service. They need to do better. The ice cream is great though. If you’re able to order anything.
