The ice cream is really good, but the problem we ran in to is the establishment being terribly understaffed on 9/7/26. Why are the owners and /or district managers leaving their hourly employees out to dry on a holiday? 2 people working with a line out the door is wild. Took over 30 minutes just to have our order taken. Multiple lost sales, people just giving up and leaving the line. Upper management needs to get it together, but i guess theyre too good to work holidays? Idk

Moved to SC from Florida and I guess I assumed that Jeremiah’s were going to be the same everywhere. Boy was I wrong. I have given this particular store 3 chances before deciding to write a review. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone here the employees are the most unfriendly and inhospitable crew. On top of this the italian ice in the gelati is not smooth like the other locations I have gone to and it tastes off.
