a few days ago, one of the workers called an elderly black woman a monkey… with a group of friends outside and i witnessed it. No matter how good the cream is, that is totally unacceptable as a black woman myself, i was absolutely disgusted.
Outstanding customer service and a welcoming staff. I highly recommend this Ooltewah location.
Love the Italian Ice and atmosphere at Jeremiah's. Unfortunately this location was out of my favorite flavor Cookie Butter I intended on buying two 1/2 gallon servings.
