They had great customer service especially are server Efer. Very kind and nice. They had great Italian ice
The man who works here is EXTREMELY rude. I come to this location frequently, and they left out the ice cream in my jelati. I had to drive back out and had to have it remade, and asked for a coupon or something because I had to waste gas, and he goes "I just remade it for free" as if it was not their error to begin with. He needs retraining on customer service, and how to make the ice cream/italian ice.
7/15 at around 6PM worst service i have ever experienced anywhere, even my young kids with the most magnificent manners said "wow they were really rude mom". on top of the horrible service, the one taking our order was picking at her scabbed lips the entire time which is DEFINITELY unsanitary especially around food. wish i would have gotten their names but hopefully they see the review and narrow it down from the date and time so this can addressed. will never be returning which is sad because we've been customers for years.
The girls working right now are fantastic and so kind!!! To the manager- fix the credit card machine for them! They have enough to deal with; taking payments should be easy.
Fast, courteous service, however inside seating area smelled really bad and was very dirty.
