We've enjoyed Jeremiah's the past, but this visit was disappointing. When we asked which items were dairy‑free and which menu items paired well with dairy free gelato, the staff couldn’t provide answers. We were handed an allergen sheet to figure it out ourselves, only to be told afterward that the flavors listed weren’t even available. That doesn’t meet the level of customer service we expect. We hope the team can do better moving forward.
I took my daughter to this restaurant for a treat. The place was extremely clean. The service was excellent. I absolutely love this treat ! If you’ve never tried it, you should really go try it. I go all the time.
This place is amazing! One it’s super clean and inviting. The staff are super friendly. The cheesecake recommendation was great. Managers were checking in on guest while they were eating.
Absolutely horrible! Had it last week. The back looked filthy, the scoops tasted like soap, and the workers were so deadpan and looked drained! I almost feel bad for them
