I ordered one of the flavorites, and it is supposed to come like a layered creation alternating between the Italian ice, soft serve, and mix in. When I got mine, the girl covered the cup with a paper towel so that I couldn’t see the layers. I didn’t see it until I got in the car, but it was literally just Italian ice on the bottom and soft serve on the top. I thought it was really sneaky and very dishonest how she tried to cover it up so I couldn’t see it until later. With how small the cups are, there was literally no room ... read more
