After a long day at work, I stopped by Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and had an excellent experience thanks to Alexander. His welcoming personality and positive attitude truly made my visit enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions about the flavors and even asked about food allergies, which I greatly appreciated. I was interested in trying a flavor that contained coconut, an ingredient I am allergic to, and his attentiveness showed genuine care for both customer satisfaction and safety. Second location I come to that’s closed after it states open on Google. 2 times I’ve drove for no reason. First it was gosling now this. When will I ever try this place at this point
Amazing service, I had to go back inside just to thank them for being amazing, helpful, sweet and kind and asked how was our day and gave my daughter and I and gave a lot of information about the establishment 🙌 I pray many blessings upon them 🙌
