I LOVE THIS PLACE! The Italian ice is so flavorful & the custard is so smooth & delicious. Ashanti was so sweet and helpful, great customer service
I spent over $4 on this… I asked, “Is this really it?” Just a half smile and no response. Will not be back.
I’m always a bit weary of ice cream joints but this place is excellent. The presentation of the ice cream is great and the staff are polite and professional. The strawberry shortcake is BOMB.
If I can give no stars because of this cashier I would! We walked in super jolly and tried to order butter cream something they had on the sign outside she looked like she didn’t want to make it nor did she explain hey you have to pick because out front that is not exactly the flavor. She just stared at me and got nasty saying she not sure a whole bunch have cookies in it so I took a picture of the sign outside and said this one she rolled her eyes put in the order and then charged me I asked if she is ok and she said what? ... read more
Rude service and minimal ice-cream ( i.e., one layer) in a quart item which is nearly $10. My son tipped her 2.77 on a $20 order when she became annoyed after she made one of the items incorrectly.
