My fiancé and I waited over 45 minutes just to order ice cream at Jeremiah’s. It is completely unacceptable that corporate only schedules one employee to handle a line of 30+ people while also juggling mobile orders. This isn’t a reflection of the worker — it’s a reflection of a company that is cutting corners and putting profit over customer experience. Corporate needs to reevaluate its staffing and operations because the current system is unfair both to employees and customers. Do better.
Use to take my family here every week. Recently the past few months the whole store stinks of rotten milk. Went there the other day and the smell was making me sick to my stomach while my kids ordered there gelatis, then as my wife was getting ready to order......a cock roach came out from the molding on the wall walked around on the wall a little bit the returned.
