I did not end up using Jeremiah’s Above Ground Pool Installation, but I wanted to share my experience with communication. I called twice last week and left voicemails but never received a call back. I tried again this week, and once again, no answer. I then sent a text to explain my inquiry, and while he did respond asking for the pool size, he quickly sent me a quote for installation and leveling without taking the time to actually call or discuss my specific needs. Jeremiah had good communicative responses throughout. I was happy with everything with the exception of the final cleanup of the filling in of the hole as we had it in set into the ground.. I paid an additional $750 for a mineralization box, which was, $475 on Amazon, so I expected with that amount of labor ( 2 wires) that he would have at least mounted it to the post that the electricians had left, when he came back to repair the skimmer, but was just left on the ground and dirt not filled in after.
