He was great. I know he's busy but he came in like a whirlwind. Knowledgeable and if He didn't know the answer to my question he would say so. I appreciate that.he was thorough and I was at ease He just needs to slow down a bit.
Dr Ladd was great. I wasn’t nervous about this procedure I’ve gone through it before with a different doctor. I was surprised by their comforting energy throughout the entire procedure. Enjoyed that he and the x-ray tech ( sorry I wish I had remembered her name she was so nice!) talked through the whole process including me in their conversation instead of just talking around me. So glad to have them on my care team.
Dr Ladd was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain my spinal injury to me. He provided me all options and explained the steps I needed to work towards full recovery.
Very timely getting appointment and smooth process the day of the injection. Thank you!
