You could not ask for a better PCP in every category.
Gloria the PA here is absolutely worthless at her job . She doesn’t know what she’s doing, she condescends to patients, and she rushes people out. It’s clear that she’s SOLELY there to make a paycheck. Her care is an absolute joke, and her bed side attitude is one of a 15 year old with an attitude. Dr.Gums and his team are the definition of compassionate care. He, Gloria (his PA) and his wonderful nurses truly listen to my needs and ask great follow-up questions to get to the root of the problem.
