I give a lot of grace and understanding to health care staff, but I feel compelled to share my experience because of how disappointing the communication and lack of empathy have been. I want to be clear that I have never had a negative interaction with Dr. Cox as a provider. He has always been kind, professional and I have confidence in his care and skill.
