Set up an appointment two months in advance, got held up by a train, called the dental office and was told it would be okay as long as arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Arrived before the deadline and was told I needed to reschedule. Drove two hours, followed their instructions and was effectively denied service. Never trust what they say, also enjoy being spammed no less than four different phone numbers for their automated system.
If you are going to take your children here thinking that you’ll get good dental work with minimal payment, think again. While the people were very kind and friendly- we especially liked the front desk gal- the work they did was so poor that we are now paying the piper with root canals and crowns. They ruined the teeth they worked on. Fillings fell out frequently, they weren’t good at fully removing cavities, and several of us now have permanent chronic tooth pain. My son and I love our new dentist. She is so nice and everyone else too. We had problems with our last dentist and had trouble finding a good one.
Horrible. I’m scared of the dentist and they wouldn’t offer any reassurance or alternative so I was shaking and crying, while being ignored and put under more pain and discomfort. Do not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would
