I made an appointment back in July for September 2 days before my appointment they call to let me know he will be out of the office, they asked me if they could reschedule I said sure , I rescheduled for a month later which was the soonest he had an available opening , once again they call me to let me know he will be out of the office, I have high blood pressure, diabetes and several bad discs in my neck and back. This guy is un caring and useless as a PA, do not rely on this guy if you have major problems

Best doctor ever!! I have been seeing Dr Loy for about 9 years. He is a very caring doctor. When ever I go in his office with a problem he doesn't stop until he figures out what going on. Thank you Dr Loy!!I have and will keep referring him to everyone who says they need a doctor.

Dr Loy is awesome!! I have been a patient of Dr Loy's for more than years 6 years. He is a very caring doctor. When I go in his office with a problem he doesn't stop until he figures out what's on. I have diabetes and I wasn't taking my medication the correct way and he got on me about but it. I really appreciated that because it showed me tgat he cares. When I go into his office I know that I won't leave there feeling like nothing happened. I have referred him to my friends and family and I will keep referring him.
