Imagine finding a mechanic of old, in the year 2026. The team at JER know the machines and I was able to trust them with my vehicle. Knowledge and care are right from Mayberry with the convenience of Long Island.
Excellent, they took me right away. I asked him about a noise I'm hearing from the back. He explained what was wrong $280.00 to fix oppose to $2000.00 another shop told me.
Would recommend. I called the day-of to see if they could get me in for a full synthetic oil change, and they were more than happy to help. I had work until 4:30pm and got here about an hour or so before they closed, and was welcomed and taken care of immediately. They re-verified the oil my car took and even brought a seat outside for me while I waited. The whole experience was less than 15 minutes, and it's safe to say I'll be coming back.
