I purchased a Groupon promotion from Genesis Lifestyle Medicine for "CoolSculpting with 2 Cycles" at Turtle Creek. The way the promotion was presented was misleading and made me believe that the package included two treatment visits. I love this group and their amazing spirit. During my journey I have lost almost 60 pounds. I feel fantastic Thank you Hannah for helping me with hormone therapy as well.
Unprofessional and greedy. Be willing to get ripped off. They cancelled my appointments 2 times because of their equipment issues. They forgot to order what I needed twice. They were not able to get my cool sculpting done in time and I had to go on my cruise without the treatments. They are refusing to refund me the $1339. saying that's their policy is to not refund on anything for any reason.
I think everyone was very friendly but lost a star for spelling my name wrong on my prescription and another for not telling me about the credit card processing fee. I would’ve happily paid with debit or cash had they said something…
