Brittany Jepson is the only healthcare professional who has EVER HEARD a word I've said. I'm more than qualified to make this statement: 65 year old and have seen many other Dr.s over the past 5 years. She doesn't pretend to listen...she HEARD me, understood, offered support and developed a plan. I'm very grateful to have established at her practice with her kind, friendly and professional team.

I've been a patient of Brittany's for 3 years now. The nursing staff is incredibly rude and the wait time to be seen can be ridiculous. There have been multiple times I've shown up 15 minutes early for an appointment and sat in the waiting room for well over 45 minutes. It's at least a 2 month wait to get an appointment emergency or not. Even after all this I've remained a patient understanding the medical industry is hurting right now. P.A. Jepson didn't renew all of my prescriptions and didn't bother to tell me that she wasn't now I don't have medication that I really need and the bad thing is that what she didn't renew isn't even a narcotic I would not recommend her
Brittany is a great PA but her office staff is horrible. I have been working on 1 prescription for 2 days and still do not have it because they do not know how to get a controlled pain medicine thru the system for a broken knee. None of the nurses/receptionist knew it was controlled and did not get entered correctly with pharmacy. Day 2 of pain and no sleep and no one in office who can take care of it since Brittany is getting a procedure done today and not in office.
Brittany is a wonderful caring physician. Very thorough in her examinations.
She is an awesome dr I would recommend her to anyone! !
