Always answers and helps with friendly attitude despite not even using him for a billable service yet. That says a lot.
Took my jeep wrangler in and they did a great job and got it running well again. I had it back in a timely fashion...
Went to JEP Autoworks as a customer & left as a family member! 😉It gets no better than that! 😊I was referred to JEP Autoworks from another Retired Marine in the area & I’m happy he did because Josh has taken great care of my late model Jeep Wrangler (JK)! I truly appreciate JEP Autoworks & trust Josh & his expertise. I will recommend Josh & JEP Autoworks to my military community of friends in the area.
I would like to thank Josh and his team for helping me out with all my vehicles. I tried three different places before him and they all tried to rip me off and JOSH and his team helped me solve an issue with full transparency. I will be coming here for all my future work with confidence and trust in their work. 10/10 would recommend all those with car troubles. They helped me with my 2018 type r and my 2020 Chevy
“I’ve trusted JEP with my vehicles for nearly 20 years. From multiple Jeeps to my Evo, he’s handled everything from electrical diagnostics and transmission repairs to custom roll cages and more. His workmanship is top-notch, his diagnostics are accurate, and he’s always honest and straightforward. It’s hard to find someone with that level of skill, reliability, and integrity.”
