I will never see her again. She almost kill me prescribed the wrong medication. I end up in the Emergency room twice. My liver was extended 3mm more than the normal and my urine was full of blood from kidney disfunction from the wrong medication prescribed by this Dr.Ku Where did she get her degree from?
She is the most uncaring Does not listen to her patient and symptoms. N does not think outside the box. Terrible doctor stay far away. Have thyroid disease for 15 yrs every doc says speak to Endo and her the Endo saying it’s not endrocine related. Not listening too her patients symptoms. This Is western medicine for u.been dealing with hashimotos and hormone dsregulation for 15 yrs have way more experience then her on my symptoms and these diseases. From 2020! Now I can finally tag her. Dr Jeong-Hee Ku, Moved to California and was looking for a new endocrinologist as I have PCOS and have been medically diagnosed for several years. I also deal with hypothyroidism and issues relating to diabetes. All endocrin related. She came in, told me she’s not the best option for what I have and suggested other drs. The people who complained about Dr. Ku are very either unfair or expecting a shoulder to cry . She is the sweetest, most passionate and caring Dr. I ever had and if one day she decides to leave UCLA, I will deinitely follow her. She spends time with patient and listens patiently without any frustration. Sometime she goes above and beyond and addresses my other health probleems and makes some advice or recommendations but never prescribes if unrelated to her field. I love her and she is the best Endocronologist I ever had .
I had high hopes for my appointment, given the stellar reputation of the endocrinologists at this practice. The bonus of snagging an earlier slot and the impressive building only added to my anticipation. The staff was top-notch—professional and polite. However, the experience took a nosedive when I met the doctor, who came across as cold and somewhat rude.
