The first time I went I loved my hair. The lady that sits in the back she was nice and took her time. The second time I went, my wash was rushed. My head was still itching. I did let her know, but she just kept rushing. The lady that sits in the front, that has the first chair she was rude. I spoke to her and she just smirked. When she asked me questions, she had a nasty tone. She took big sections, when she straitened my hair. I walked in excited to get my hair done. I couldn’t wait to get that lady out my head.

My blow out lasted 6 weeks! That is a record for me. I’m talking nothing but wrapping my hair nightly. My hair stayed straight and I got so many compliments. The shampoo assistant is so thorough and does a really good job with the wash and detangling process. Nobody complains about the density or coarseness of your hair. You are not made to feel ashamed for having 4 C natural hair growing from your crown. They work well together as a team. Clean, calming environment.

Que decepcionante fue este lugar la verdad no lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo, de haber leído las opiniones de las demás personas ni me hubiera molestado en ir, las personas que trabajan allí no saben hacer su trabajo tienen cero profesionalismo, me lavaron el cabello como si se lo estuvieran haciendo a un animal (mi cabello es completamente liso) luego la otra persona que me atendió ni siquiera se molestó en escucharme en como quería mi corte cabello, no me desenredó bien el cabello y me lo cortó de la peor manera a pesa... read more
