POOR/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSTILE COMMUNICATION Product sold was misleading and seller refused to cancel order. i ordered motorcycle merchandise from this store,I called back about an hour later asking if its ok, to change my order. the guy puts down the phone thinking he put me on hold and turns to his boss starting with "hey, this sh*thead that bought....". anyways after our conversation I bring it up to him that I actually overheard his conversation, only to be smacked in the face with a "yea so what" comment before he shut the phone on me..
