Customer satisfaction guaranteed. Counter service workers are above and beyond friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to drive, making it priority was very much appreciated, as I was very nervous I wasn't safe.
This place is garbage I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there to have it looked at it was supposed to be a 150 bucks for diagnosis I got charged $615 they pulled the valve covers off of my car told me they put it all back together told me I had bent pushrods so I told them to put it back together I would send a tow truck to take it home I couldn't afford it at the moment my wife meets the tow truck there gets the car home and my car is in shambles and in the back of the car on my new carpet is a greasy motor cover I popped the h... read more
Wow this is a tough review to write. We had never been here before nor did we know of anyone who had gone here for their vehicles either. I brought my Ford explorer in and I said I needed a new back up camera put in. They were friendly and said "Yea bring it in Friday." I did and they said I was right and I needed a new camera -short of $200 they charged for the diagnostic. Here's the kicker they said it would cost $1500 for them to put in a camera. I went there to get a new buyers inspection and they went above and beyond to help get me scheduled the very next day. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast. Definitely will be going back. Thank you so much!
Jenskis is a great Shop. Randy personally trouble shot my truck and did so very professionally, and I love the fact that it is veteran owned. I have brought my truck to this place several times and have had nothing but good business with them.
