Wish i could give less than one star. They couldn't do the simplest of tasks and change a battery that was dying and weak in cold weather. (Mind you, id have done it myself if it wasnt behind the fender and I needed to remove the wheel in the snow) Front desk lady was ridiculously unhelpful and unwilling to even talk to me about what their issue with changing the battery was. I had to ask 10 questions to find out that when i thought i was picking up my fixed vehicle that they didnt do anything because the dash lights flicker... read more

Held a friend’s ride for several months waiting for parts on a modern production vehicle and refused to elaborate. Terrible communication regarding major delays and not transparent at all chucking on new issues at random weeks into it sitting
