Needed an urgent oil change and Neville fit us in last minute - great customer service!
We brought our Jeep to Jenski to do a diagnostic on it. $600 later after they told us what was wrong, I went there to look at the vehicle and they showed me what was wrong. I went for a walk with my friend beacuse the tow was going to take a while and I assumed it was going to be put back together. I had a friend of mine use her free AAA a Tow for me to get it home. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. Counter service workers are above and beyond friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to drive, making it priority was very much appreciated, as I was very nervous I wasn't safe.
This place is garbage I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there to have it looked at it was supposed to be a 150 bucks for diagnosis I got charged $615 they pulled the valve covers off of my car told me they put it all back together told me I had bent pushrods so I told them to put it back together I would send a tow truck to take it home I couldn't afford it at the moment my wife meets the tow truck there gets the car home and my car is in shambles and in the back of the car on my new carpet is a greasy motor cover I popped the h... read more
