Brought in an older sewing machine, was confidently told it had a broken hook gear (and it did), then was smugly told the part is no longer available and even if it had been available it would have been super expensive ($39 plus shipping). Problem is that the part is available and costs $9 plus shipping almost everywhere I can find it. Fixed my machine at home; took 20 minutes and cost me $15. Next time just tell me you don't want to work on a machine instead of talking down to me and lying to me.
He's friendly, did a great and quick job fixing my vacuum at a very reasonable price. He even changed the bag which was a thoughtful touch. 100% recommend

Took my sewing machine to be serviced and new pedal ordered because pedal had a short and was not working well. When I took the machine out to see it was the wrong pedal. Took it back they were a little argumentative about ordering the wrong part but discovered the pedal was not the right 1. After looking furiously for right pedal I.
