I ran a serger until it completely seized. After the service, the machine has never ran more smoothly or quietly.
Brought in an older sewing machine, was confidently told it had a broken hook gear (and it did), then was smugly told the part is no longer available and even if it had been available it would have been super expensive ($39 plus shipping). Problem is that the part is available and costs $9 plus shipping almost everywhere I can find it. Fixed my machine at home; took 20 minutes and cost me $15. Next time just tell me you don't want to work on a machine instead of talking down to me and lying to me.
He's friendly, did a great and quick job fixing my vacuum at a very reasonable price. He even changed the bag which was a thoughtful touch. 100% recommend
