Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a miscommunication that caused me some disappointment, but the staff took full ownership of the problem and apologized. That shows honesty and integrity, and means a great deal to me, especially for an auto service shop. I had the opposite experience at the dealership before. It feels more like going to a friend's place than an auto shop. To me these qualities show great leadership. That's why I'll be going back when the need arises.
Always magnificent professional service. They inform me what I need and why. If there are changes they notify me. They were cheaper than the other 2 quotes I received. Great job. The were so professional and quick. They did the job in 90 minutes. Would easily taken me half a day to do. That saves me a lot of time.
