I have never done a review for a company before and it hurts my heart to do this but I cannot allow anyone to use this company. Troy came to our son’s house and said he needed a new A/C unit. After installing it still didn’t work for several weeks. We were so frustrated we called 2 other companies to get second opinions. They said they had never seen such shoddy work. We had Troy and Chase show up at our home within a couple hours of contacting them. They quickly diagnosed the issue that our AC unit was experiencing and were extremely professional and great to have in our home. I can't recommend Jensen's enough. Will definitely be calling them in the future and referring family & friends their way.

I called Jensen's Plumbing, Heating and Air friday. I had a odd natural gas odor. He was able to hunt down the leak and solve the problem. The technician was very polite and professional. He showed up on time. I thought the price for the work was very fair. He's well equipped and has lots of experience.
