Jensen's Detail did a phenomenal job with my mom's vehicle. This is a prime example of a person who puts the customer first and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to the job. Personally, I would rather have someone who is straightforward and motivated than someone who promises a great job and doesn't come through. A local auto dealer recommended him. He responded right away, came to our location when promised, worked hours on end in 100+ degree heat, did not try to upsell and was professional. Cars look much better after his detailing...
One of the rudest people I have ever talked to with absolutely zero customer service. DO NOT waste your time or trust your car in the hands of this guy.
I bought a voucher from Groupon and tried repeatedly to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment for a full detail. My wife got a message to send a text and they would get back with us. That didn't happen so I called again two times before he finally answered. He told my that due to health reasons they were no longer honoring Groupon. Now I'm in a battle with Groupon trying to get my 192.00 back. What a sham!
