Totally agree with other review that the staff here act like you're annoying them by trying to get your medications filled here. They are willfully unhelpful even when their own systems screw up, don't call you or text when medications can't be filled or once they're filled, when they're ready for pickup (despite saying they would). Will only ever use this pharmacy in a pinch and will be changing to online pharmacy for compounding.
I have been here several times to fill a prescription or grab something over the counter. Each time I was quickly helped by a friendly cashier. I also appreciate receiving a call from a real person to let me know that a prescription is ready, that's a nice change over the big chains of drug stores. Parking could not be easier too.
Julia (or Julie I don’t quite remember) is incredibly rude every time I come in. I think she may be a lead tech. She is either snapping at me or her coworkers every time I come in. I am always treated like a huge inconvenience to her when she is checking me out. It is incredibly disappointing as I find everyone else their super friendly and helpful. Her attitude is super inappropriate and I have begun to dread coming in to pickup my prescriptions for fear of her checking me out. Everyone else there is awesome.
These guys have gone to a lot of trouble and effort to get my medicine early. May not sound like much, but after a week without, a day early was heaven!
