Jensen Towing and Rick where outstanding to our family. My wife broke down on the interstate and he sent out a wrecker and picked up her car and her and the kids. They took car to their shop. The mechanic showed my wife what was broken and had her car repaired and she was on her way the same afternoon.

Worst service of my life! They kept my car all day for a 4 hour job, offered to drive me to motel and then proceeded to to charge me 65$ for driving me there! They are closed on Saturdays in order to force you to pay an 85$ after hours fee in which he proceeded to keep my car the entire day leaving me stranded in the state on my way across the country! This is likely the most incredible repair shop you will ever find. My husband and I broke down on our way through Eau Claire and since it was a Sunday, we were doubtful that we would find a place to service our vehicle that day. After going through nearly two dozen listings of auto repair shops, we found them all to be closed or unavailable to get us in. Then, we found Jensen Towing and Repair. So we called because we were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. The guy says it'll be 20-30 minutes. After about an hour we call to see if he's still coming he says no but he can in two hours ( while loudly chewing food) rudest worst experience ever . We ask if he can still come and he hangs up. Terrible rude man. We're still on the side of the road 2 and a half hours later trying to find another company.

I cant believe this company offers heavy duty towing when they dont own a heavy duty tow truck.They take the heavy calls and call other towing companys to do the work,they play the middle man and make money for doing nothing.I believe this is dishonest and is not right for the customer.I believe this is false advertising and shouldnt be happening.I would not recommend using this company unless you like paying someone for something they didnt do.
