I phoned and asked for a quote for a job. Spoke with David who was on another job at the time but made arrangements for the following day after lunch and to leave all the relevant details on a text message which I did. Lunchtime today has been and gone with no response from him whatsoever. So I lost half a days pay waiting for nothing. Don't waste your time with people who don't have the courtesy to let you know they cannot make an appointment.
