Very bad experience, I was on the phone with them. Asking very simple questions on auto insurance, lady on the other line was rude and suddenly just hung up on me out of nowhere. please make sure to not do business here.
My email correspondance regarding homeowners insurance was ignored. My policy was canceled and now I have to do all the legwork to get this fixed in addition to coming up with the money to pay the policy in full to cover the agent's mistake. Go elsewhere. I have had multiple problems with this company.
