Received a reasonable quote from Jensen retaining walls for the wall supporting our basement entrance. Was informed that we would have to uninstall our AC unit since it was in close proximity and they would fix our wall at the start of Spring when the ground softened. We paid another company to uninstall the unit. Jensen Retaining Walls assured us that we would be a priority job for them due to us unhooking our AC unit. Start of Spring came around and they completely ghosted us, leaving us with no AC as temperatures increase... read more
