Worst first home buyer experience ever. From the start the agent Gavin was not helping at all and it was all one word answers and never helped us in anyway, never checked in on us to see what else they can do and always demanded things. Negotiation between us and the buyer he would always answer as it was too hard and we would never feel like we had a say in many things. Worth a read! And just check out all the other bad reviews on this company! I would never deal with this agency again! Please read before purchasing anything through them. Myself and my partner started negotiations on a property that they had listed in Greenslopes. We met with Gavin Jensen, and felt uneasy from the beginning. There was a lack of care and knowledge of the property and quick 1 word answers were given. Friendly tenants and manager Manager well organised and professional
Jensen property management has managed our Yeronga property for 10 years and has done a wonderful job. Always keeping us updated with emails and reports with lots of photos. In the past they have provided with helpful advice and has conducted excellent house inspections. We are very happy to recommend Jensen Property for their superb service.
