We have been using Todd with Jensen Plumbing for years. This time around I'm actually leaving him a review. This time he fixed our Main water supply line from meter going to the house. He found the leak in no time and it took him not long to fix it. He is a professional and knows what he is doing. Professional response, quality service, fair pricing. Had a gas leak at my water heater. They responded quickly to my inquiry, gave me a quote, scheduled me for the next day at a convenient time, arrived when they said they would, and fixed the problem. Never spoke to an automated system or a call center. 100% real human response. Quality local family owned business.
Todd was able to come the same day and did a great job clearing out our a/c Falange like that was clogged. Gave us some pouter on how to avoid this in the future. Will definitely use him in the future.
Excellent work, showed up on time, pricing was consistent with phone quote and fair. Will use again in the future.
