If you want to be helped, avoid this place This place is awful! I called in to check on availability of a mower part. I called around 4pm, was on hold for a very long time so I tried the blackstone location, they picked right up and helped me locate the part number. So I called back this Clovis store (since I am located in Clovis) at 4:45, was put back on hold, but decided I would just wait it out since they closed at 5pm anyway. After waiting on hold over 20 minutes, at 5:09pm, someone there just picked up the phone and sla... read more

First rate service If you own any lawn and Garden equipment, you have to have it serviced at Jensen and Pilegard. The service is fast and friendly; especially on weed eaters and chain saws. I wont go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Went in to pick up some parts, one of which was a replacement head for my trmmer that I had purchased from them. I called them when I couldn't get apart the head that they sold me as a replacement. I had to explain to the guy five times what I was trying to do and he had indicated he had taken the part apart several times but couldn't tell me wether the part was threaded or simply pulled off.
