Someone should sue this quack. Worst doctor I've ever been to. Fails at making appointments, fails at followups, fails at bedside manner, fails at diagnosis, and fails at hygiene. Pretty sure he had a cigarette out the window of his office before I went in because it stunk like an ashtray when I went inside. Do yourself a favor and request that you don't get this incompetent as a neurologist. He's only there for the paycheck.
Rude, ignorant, filthy clinic (even a dusty sign board in the exam room). Never listened to my Mom (76 years old). Very old equipments, he shocked her and inserted a needle without even warning us. I tried to explain her medical condition, he didn't listen and never made eye contact. A miserable doctor with a very bad experience
I was waiting for a month with Dr Jensen.. He did not make phone call at the 1st appointment day. They re-book few days later...2nd appointment date he told me he did not bring my files. It was his mistake but he want me to re-book again. Finally they text me today evening they re-booked one month later.... what did i wrong? I explained this situation to receptionist but They never apologized to me and that was the earliest date they can re-book. If you don’t want to waiting for few month....plz go to another Dr.
This doctor wasn't at school the day they were teaching bedside manners. He is rude, impatient and does not explain what he's about to do. He hooked me up to this machine and proceed to give me electrical shocks to my wrist and arm without warnings whatsoever. It's like he doesn't like his job and would rather be somewhere else. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I made two visits to Dr. Jensen. He has patience - I could explain my problems. Good listener . Made tests , sent for MRI and I get an accurate diagnosis. He is a very knowledgeable doctor.
