Extremely happy with the service provided via this husband/wife team. Had the GE air thermostat that was faulty. They handled the entire process directly with GE to get the thermostat replaced directly via warranty. Ended up with an entirety new AC unit & thermostat being replaced via the warranty. They communicated extremely well and kept me updated promptly for any updates GE gave and they proactively stayed on top of the process, which really expedited the repair.
